Another day in the life of a sailor

Captain got underway at 8:25am. Tomkat needed to navigate thru some very shallow waters. The hurricane had silted in so many areas near the Inlets. We passed by a dredge & barges working the areasNice to have MIFI on board to take care of our business & correspondence. Matey did a little laundry, since she does not want to hit a laundromat until Marathon. We are still enjoying tasty treats of yogurt with blueberries & brownies! Leftovers today, so easy Matey duties. There was heavy boat traffic due to it being Sunday and gorgeous 80degrees. We went by many gorgeous mansions Our favorite was this boathouse...the house was set back from viewWe passed by many little skiffs Some of the bridges when open look closer than they actually are....always a relief when we get to the other side. We are in big manatee area, no sightings today. We did see a few dolphins today. We enjoyed a nice view of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse We anchored down in Lake Worth, West Palm Beach in a very nice anchorage. Glad to be here, wind starting to hum. Decision to go outside will be made in am by the Captain.
